Core Technology Group was founded by three partners, David Fenimore, Ron Shouse, and Jim Gates who together bring 45 years of custom software development, application system integration and back office infrastructure design knowledge. Core Technology Group provides consulting and application development services to the financial services industry using the most advanced technology currently available. For five years prior to forming Core Technology Group, Jim, Ron and David worked as strategic development design engineers for a venture capital funded Technology Company. Their efforts focused on designing and building a well-known full service illustration system that supports Universal Life, Variable Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities. They also created an n-tiered component-based system used to administer COLI policies. Each Partner lead their own development team, set and managed project schedules and interfaced with client's IT departments. Because of their superb communication skills, Ron, David and Jim were integral components in the initial client contacts and the project discovery phase.
